Surfers Paradise – 2008

This was an interesting apartment; a one bedroom apartment with a view of the ocean – but oddly the owners had to go through their bedroom to use the bathroom. (Which meant their guests had to also). The brief was clear, rearrange the apartment and make it modern.

Using the intense amount of light that came into the apartment each day, we chose a dark-timber and white palate to work with. Cookies and Cream tiles with chocolate ice-cream grout. The finish product was a definite WOW compared to the original layout.
