Kings Row – 2015

The main challenge with this project brief was to revitalise the original layout without any structural changes. Facing due north, the apartment had spectacular views blocked by an ugly 80’s style face brick wall partitioning off the original kitchen.

The new kitchen was re-located sensibly at the back of the living/dining room – unveiling glorious 180 degree panorama of river, beach and ocean.
