Beaudesert – 2014

Armed with the basics of a plan but looking for design direction this delightful couple chose us to be their project design gurus. It has taken over 2 years to develop, but the final result is well worth the wait. The immaculate courtyard garden has been treated in much the same way as the interior. With expansive stacking glass walls gliding back to visually link four or five separate areas, entertaining ten or twenty people at a time has become a breeze.

Background tones were kept soft and smokey with a palette of taupe, khaki and sesame shot with accent hits of black, white or charcoal and dashes of sharp citrus for balance. The main floors throughout most of the house are in 15mm limed and waxed French oak parquet.
